Thai Massage for Movement Artists
With Celeste Bliss
Thai massage is often called “assisted yoga,” involves a practitioner guiding the recipient through deep, rhythmic stretches and postures to increase flexibility, reduce pain, and improve mobility. In this workshop you’ll learn a Thai massage sequence specifically designed for the tension patterns of hard-working circus and movement artists.
We’ll focus on highly efficient, body-economic techniques that allow you and your training partners to release tension without exhausting yourselves in the process.
Smart leverage. Clear mechanics. Deep results. So you can recover better — and keep moving.
