Flying Trapeze – Make That Catch

In this workshop for flyers with some experience, we’ll focus on making your skills ‘catchable.’ Work on your take off, build your swing, and refine your timing—all in service of flying across to your catcher.

We’ll begin the session with passes to clarify your technique and then you’ll have the rest of the class to work on catching.
