Aerial Sling Immersion
With Chelsea Barrett
In this immersion, we will review proper sling technique and provide avenues for future development while incorporating fun and creativity throughout. You’ll take home a solid theoretical framework and drills to improve lines and pointed toes, as well as ways to practice core strength and build active flexibility on the apparatus. Through guided exploration, you’ll develop movement quality, learn new transitions between traditional skills, explore how to apply practical groundwork, and, in doing so, gain the tools to discover your artistic voice. We will also be working on some fun intermediate sequences to add to your sling repertoire. Come hang around with us!
