Flexibility for the Air

With Maia Castro-Santos

Do you want more flexibility and strength in the air, but feel like you have reached a plateau? Fear not! In this workshop we will focus on drills and conditioning exercises specific to aerial work for improving your mobility (active range of motion), building muscle where you need it, and learning how to properly engage the muscles you already have.

We’ll look at exercises both on and off the hoop that you can integrate into your training at the studio, in the gym, or at home. Feel free to bring specific skills you are working on for feedback for building a personal training plan. This workshop is open to all levels—be prepared to work hard and sweat!
