Lani Ma

Lani Ma is an accounting systems professional specializing in data governance, process automation, project management and business transformation. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Finance. She enjoys telling stories with numbers and building financial models. She has received a Finance Value Award for her dedication to work and the President’s Volunteer Service Award for her dedication to volunteering.

Lani is based in Texas and currently teaches aerial classes at Dallas Circus Center. She has dabbled in aerial silks, straps, rope, lyra and sling. When she visited NECCA for the first time in 2022, she immediately fell in love – she has been back every year since then. Lani is passionate and excited to serve on the NECCA Board of Directors and contribute to the community with her business acumen as well as circus experience.
