Partner Acrobatics
With Jacob Skeffington
Welcome to this focused opportunity to build solid partner acrobatics foundations!
Are you an acrobat who wants to start learning more advanced skills, or an experienced mover who may be new(ish) to partner acro? We’ll cover the basics—focusing on various mounts to shoulders and hands, alignment and tempo, how to jump and land, and how to train on your own or with a spotter. We’ll also show how to progress to harder skills, how to learn one arm and one foot on hands and on head, and much more.
Come with a partner or solo; we’ll rotate partners a lot so you’ll get a variety of partner acrobatics experience.
