Rope – Cartwheeling to Infinity

With Rachel Rees

Join us for a deep dive into j-flips and cartwheel j-flips on rope and fabric. We’ll have something for you, whether you are just learning this fun and funky semi-release skill for the first time, or are ready to start connecting sides so you can cartwheel to infinity (and beyond!).

We’ll cover drills on the ground and in the air before progressing to the half release moves, and we’ll also look at various ways to catch and set the skill. Prior knowledge of j-flips (other variations) is helpful but not necessary.
