Aerial Rope
With Constance Echo Palmer
Spend some time with us to develop a deeper understanding of how your body interacts with the rope.
Each day will start with an intentional warm up and some guidance on how to structure your training when you head back to your home studios. We will explore how wraps and positions are connected in order to build your own unique ideas and sequences with confidence. We will spend some time at the start solidifying dynamic foundations and then apply beats to exits, entries, and transitions in the air.
Regardless of where you are on your rope journey we will discuss and work towards release skills using drills that are attainable and supportive to your individual progress. We do have 40′ of ceiling and a foam pit afterall, so let’s get into it!!
This course is for the true theory nerd as well as emerging rope artists hoping to develop that understanding in order to truly play and create in the air. Providing a balance of hard work to level up and a deeper study to stimulate your rope mind, we’re sure to squeeze every last bit of juice out of this immersion.
Let’s Rope!
